Abby is an empathetic therapist who uses her humor, compassion, and creativity to connect with anyone to make them feel like they belong and are welcomed into therapy. Abby believes in meeting individuals and families where they are at in life and helping them to identify their inner strengths, hope, and ‘Aha” moments. Abby believes in co-creating an open and safe space for being the true and unique humans that we all are. Abby believes in using systems work to dive deep into life’s problems, triumphs, and just work on getting ‘unstuck’ so that we can be our real and quirky selves. She uses a humorous and curious approach to therapy.

Abby honors creating a personalized therapeutic journey to be able to really meet your needs and wants, feel truly heard and valued, and identify your strengths. Abby has experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals of all ages, but has a unique passion for and specialization in working with children and adolescents.

Abby enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs outside of work. She enjoys both being active and bingeing hardcore on the latest streaming show or anime.
