Community Based Mental Health Practitioner

Amanda is a personable and approachable individual who is passionate about helping individuals work towards reaching their personal goals. She is also passionate about helping individuals improve their relationships with others as well as with themselves. As a former Occupational Therapy Assistant, she has experience working directly with individuals and has a client centered approach. Amanda will meet you where you are at. Amanda’s goal is to make clients feel supported, and feel a sense of trust by her use of humor and empathetic approach. Amanda understands that the various systems of your life are all intertwined and wants to help clients identify ways to focus on their strengths to promote healing.
Amanda is currently attending Saint Mary’s University in their Marriage and Family Therapy program. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends, family, dog and two cats. She also enjoys being outside, dancing, playing games and reading.
