Bailey Rhoades, MA, LMFT

Therapist

Bailey’s ideal client is a child, adult or family who is willing to be vulnerable in a safe setting in order to create change in their own lives. She enjoys working with all ages. She has extensive experience working with 4-12 year olds, along with their parents, which is a population she greatly enjoys.

Bailey’s clients can initially expect to focus on building a warm, authentic relationship with her, in order to feel secure throughout the therapy process. Once rapport is built, she will continue to focus on maintaining security, while also challenging client to deviate from their established patterns to create routines and processes that will support their life.

Her technique involves relational and systemic focus, focusing on an individual’s strengths, validating all experiences, and allowing/supporting folks to be the expert in their own journey. So far in her career, Bailey’s areas of interest have included: anxiety, adjustments to everyday life, ADHD, depression, trauma, education trauma, and family (sibling and parent-child) cohesion.

Outside of work, you may find Bailey with a book in her hand, petting all the animals, exploring new coffee shops and spending time with loved ones!
