Bio

Ben is a giant, gay, unrepentant geeky goofball who enjoys helping people to learn more about themselves, what's important to them in life, understanding patterns that may be repeating in their life, and figuring out how to build a meaningful life, whatever that looks like.

Ben lives in Minneapolis with his cat, and when he's not at work is typically found indoors with a gaming controller or a computer mouse in his hand. Ben enjoys fantasy novels (Wheel of Time), video games (Role playing games, adventure games, building games), tabletop roleplaying games (Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Shadowrun), and board games (Arkham Horror, Ticket to Ride, Betrayal at House on the Hill).

Ben enjoys working with adults (18+) who identify as LGBTQIA, survivors of trauma, and geeks. Ben's approach is collaborative and active, together you'll identify things to think about or try between sessions to get you closer to your goal, or to help you understand yourself on a deeper level.
