Beth is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Described as having a very easy-going and calm temperament, she uses her energy to help support clients. Her approach emphasizes affirming partnerships with clients built on trust, a sense of optimistic and playful curiosity, and a focus on expression and experiences. Through creative exercises, body-based strategies, experiential and play activities, and facilitation of new skills, Beth hopes to present clients with new experiences or perspectives that inspire change.
Trained in a variety of modalities and relationally-focused work, Beth enjoys working with kids, parents, families, as well as individuals. She has experience in home, school, and out-patient settings and brings a flexible mindset to her therapy. Beth also has experience working with end of life, grief, and loss and is very passionate about helping everyone address these unique challenges and heal through them.
When she is not at work, Beth struggles to develop her green thumb but keeps trying, loves walking in her neighborhood, finding new sights to see, and spending time with family.
