Play is welcome, and the time is yours to do what you need with. Emily hopes each client leaves in a little better space that they arrived. Clients can also expect some work/projects/experiments outside of sessions too. Emily hopes clients can use what they learn in therapy to make real changes in their lives and not just have “one good hour of therapy a week.”
Emily is very strength based and solution focused. She likes to take a mix of things from narrative therapy and structural family therapy at times as well.
