Jessie is a caring therapist that believes everyone deserves a space where they feel accepted, valued, and safe. Clients can expect Jessie to be honest, non-judgmental, creative, and fun. She works with individuals 18 and older, and her previous experience includes working with individuals that are struggling with low self-esteem, relationship issues, substance use, life transitions, infidelity, and anxiety. Jessie likes to keep therapy more informal, is genuine, and is curious and attentive to what her clients feel they need to help them heal. One of Jessie’s biggest goals when working with individuals is to help them feel empowered, confident, and unapologetically authentic in their everyday lives.
Outside of work Jessie enjoys reading books, gardening, drawing, playing video games, and listening to music.
