Bio

Lara is a family systems life coach who enjoys teaching holistic care skills based in strength based, solution focused and interpersonal skills.  She has taught these skills in a variety of settings,with a variety of age groups and ethnic backgrounds.

Lara is trained in anthropology, sociology and family systems.  Her focus is in family and relational care, as well as keeping holistic focus on sleep, nutrition, exercise and spiritual care.

Lara came to Christ in her late 30s and is all in on her faith.  She knows that spiritual journeys are very personal and is open about hearing authentically where people are at in their own journey.  She can also show strong support to those who believe in and follow the Gospels, as well as being versed in other spiritual and faith based texts.

Lara has worked in group homes and day treatments with adults and children, in nursing home settings and for the Ramsey County jail, once run by the VOARCC as a correctional officer.  She focuses on being self disciplined and holding accountability in team settings.

She looks forward to working with you and/or your family unit who wish to form skills in these areas!
