Lori is a compassionate therapist who believes that we are all searching for meaning in our lives. She approaches her work with clients by encouraging them to trust their intuition, explore different ways of finding understanding, and nurture helpful relationships in their lives. She also brings a quirky sense of humor to help her build real connections with her clients.
Lori looks at treatment methods to the uniqueness of her clients, always keeping them at the center of their therapy. While Lori is well-versed in a variety of treatment modalities, she tends to view the world from a systems perspective, that we are all interconnected with each other and with the various systems around us. She is passionate about helping people recognize how they are influenced by school/work/society/cultural influences and how they in turn influence those systems. One of her greatest feelings in her work is guiding people to empower themselves in making their decisions, being confident in themselves, and having positive relationships.
When she is not working, Lori loves spending time with family, grandson Avery, hiking, being on the lake, and making people laugh (even at herself, lol).
