Maggie is a compassionate, genuine therapist who meets her clients where they are at. She believes that you are the expert of your own life and wants to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to heal. Maggie wants you to feel comfortable in therapy and will tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual client. She especially enjoys using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness with clients.

Maggie enjoys working with clients from all walks of life including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has experience working with children/teens, families involved in family court and custody disputes, and veterans. Her interests include anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflict, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem/confidence issues.

In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones, traveling, reading, baking/cooking, playing board games, and listening to true crime podcasts.
