Bio

Nikki brings a sense of humor, authenticity, directness and warmth to her work with clients, employing a systems-based, narrative approach emphasizing empowerment and collaborating with individuals on their healing journey.  She strives to operate from a trauma-informed lens and practice cultural humility, acknowledging clients are the true experts of themselves and their experiences.

Nikki enjoys working with clients seeking to reflect on, process and heal from family of origin dynamics and helping individuals grow in their confidence setting boundaries while asserting their needs and feelings.  Her curiosity has always been driven by the significance of personal relationships and experiences within family systems and their impact on attachment, identity, and how individuals experience and perceive the world.  Other areas of experience and interest include relational challenges, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management and psychedelic integration work.

She prioritizes a non-judgmental environment for all, an elevated platform for growth and learning, and a gentle but concrete balance of validation with accountability.  She humbly approaches each client relationship with gratitude, honoring the opportunity to join others in such a vulnerable, unvarnished space.

At heart, she is a feminist coffee and cat loving, extraverted realist with radically social aspirations.
